Whenever I take some of my homemade beef jerky to work,people just love it.I have people offer me money to make them some.Nope,I just share a little with my friends.Of course the secret is using the right cut of meat,and don't use many spices.The Bar-B-Q in Texas tastes like burnt transmission fluid.I had some Hickory-Smoked Bar-B-Q shipped down here once,and my freinds loved it.We even had tamales made out of it.
